Bas khud ke saath baithna start kiya

Pehle awkward laga

Phir dimaag dheere dheere shaant hone laga

2. Roz kuch create kiya

Chhota hi sahi

  • Likhna
  • Kaam complete karna
  • Kuch banana

 Consumption kam… involvement zyada.

3. Comparison reduce kiya

  • Random scrolling kam
  • Logon ki life dekhna kam

Apni life par dhyan diya

4. Silence ko accept kiya

Pehle avoid karta tha
Ab allow karta hu
